Stop this watch the game with your eyes he got cooked and diced. Stats can be disingenuous and times Kyrie could cook ANT and send him too the floor and then finish in at the rim on Gobert. And that would be counted as a point scored on Gobert. There are many different examples I could give such as finding pockets of space getting away from ANT Look at teh first highlight at 0:58 Kyrie easily goes by ANT and then finishes it over ANT. That would count as a point on ANT. And ANT was giving the task on GUARDING KYRIE and Kyrie scored 33 points so he did not do well at the task whether you like it or not he was suppose to guard Kyrie. That quote apparently didn't exist before Charles Barkley invented it in this video. The actual words that Anthony said, after being asked specifically about the upcoming series with the Mavericks, were: "My matchup is Kyrie, so that's going to be fun. We're going to see what I can do verses him." Far from being a challenge to Kyrie, the tone of Anthony's voice seemed respectful, acknowledging the huge challenge that Kyrie would present. He was a young player talking about his next challenge of playing against one of the best players in the world. The entire narrative in this video that Anthony said something that was condescending towards Kyrie - intimating he would control or own him - was a fiction invented by the media. And they profited by it, at Anythony's expense, and at the expense of fans who were unwittingly used to help the media make money.
