I always feel that Kyungsoo's personality doesn't actually fit as an idol, meaning he's different from a typical idol, but at the same time perfect to survive as an idol. It might be confusing so I'll explain a little. Idols are usually very self-aware of their actions and appearances (e.g Baekhyun, Sehun, Chanyeol), so they read comments a lot and try to communicate with their fans as much as they can. It sure is a good way to gain a lot of fans, but at the same time it can be exhausting to always be aware of everything and try to be cheerful all the time. Kyungsoo, on the other hand, is probably the worst at doing fanservice lol, but he knows exactly what he wanna do, doesn't give a fuck about other people's opinion and just let the projects speak for themselves. There are people who will like it, hate it, or even be indifferent to it, and I feel like he felt that it's okay (song reference) as long as he's satisfied with the project. It is a mind of a pure artist. His visual is just a bonus. Thus, as I said before, his personality is perfect for an idol because even with huge pressure, he would just close his ear and listen to his heart. He's resilient and that's the key of sustaining a long career in this field.

You can never spell adorable without D.O. it's his identity. I miss him
