I think the game they are playing is halli galli, you have to tap on the bell when there is 5 of the same fruit (for example 5 apple in total) but if the total is not equal to 5, like if there is 4 or 6 apple in total you shouldn't tap the bell. Each player turn one card each round until they can tap on the bell. When they correctly tapped on the bell they win all the card put on the table during those rounds In the end, the one who has the most card wins 😊 There is a few versions of the game so I don't really know which version they have sorry 😅
