After getting into the hobby not long ago, and after listening to quiet a few IEMS...I still really like this one. this was my first one I bought. very fun IEM.
if you want the speed of a planar driver and the bass depth of a DD, instead of waiting for an hybrid planar+DD, you can already experience this by putting a planar on the left and a DD on the right on the same cable, the mixing is not done at ear level but at the brain level. i do it every day with olina and s12 on the same cable, it works fine, if you have a DD and a planar with the same 2 pin connector you can try it, this is free to try :)
@@wana.me003 does not work with all iem hexa+s12 does not work at all for example, the difference is so big that your brain cannot mix the 2 sides and keep hearing separately left and right so it is trial and error
@@jeffreyphandani5160 some really don't work, olina+hexa did not work at all they were too different, my brain kept separating them and could not mix them, no idea for oh10+timeless just give it a try it is free :)
Thank you for your review! I am definitely going to pick this up as my first planar when it comes on offer. I like how you put your points across. Glad I stumbled on your channel. Subbed now!
Thank you I listened to a buck of Planer sets now , I still this the PR1 competes with them all and sounds very well rounded. Thank you for you comments 🙏 TDM.
I would only buy the Serial if you want a dark vocal IEM and that's what you looking for. The PR1 PRO is more balanced . There are lots of great gems out there. I am listening to one right now the ISN H50 balanced fast bass with dynamics and excellent high end that is perfect for me.
Which model do you recommend for live music in-ear monitoring? (Gospel band) Which is more linear, balanced sounding? I need to hear all frequencies, without too much bass in order to not cover other frequencies. It has to sounds clear without eq. The sounding to not be fatique or harsh at mid-high frequency. Power handling is also important, and clarity at high volume. Thank you very much!
