Lãnh đạo là nghệ thuật. Vì kỹ năng thì cần thời gian tập luyện thì bạn sẽ làm được. Còn nghệ thuật là cách bạn linh hoạt tận dụng những kỹ năng, kiến thức để giải quyết vấn đề và áp dụng riêng. Nghệ thuật đó có được thông qua trải nghiệm nhiều, kinh nghiệm và thời gian. Không có flowers thì chưa là lãnh đạo. Cùng nhau chịu cực khổ với nhau để yêu thương nhau và tôn trọng nhau. Nếu tập hợp kỹ năng làm leader được so sánh giống như công thức làm bánh, còn cách bạn làm một chiếc bánh chính là nghệ thuật leadership (nghệ thuật sử dụng tập hợp các kỹ năng đó). Ngoài học tập thì nghệ thuật lãnh đạo cần thực hành nữa nhớ ^^
