the Americans who say she doesn't look French but you think all French people look like Carla Bruni or Jeanne Damas? (nobody looks like this cliché of the French or rather the Parisian) No lol life in France is not like Emily in Paris. And France is more than Paris ( there are the suburbs but also the north and the south with different cultural accents (culinary, clothing ...) We Don't eat croissants and macaroons for breakfast, cheese and wine for lunch, we don't wear a beret with a baguette and a cigarette in the hand.

@@scarlettgrey4244 It's truly an aesthetic wonderland, but the problem is that the aesthetics in France are NUMEROUS and as @black bird was saying, there are more than only the parisian aesthetic. My favorite aesthetic is the parisian suburbs aesthetic in my opinion, and I find it to be the most inspiring and the most powerful. It is revolting to read "she does not look french" while french people is, as any other nations, an assembly of people that are (THANKFULLY) so diverse and so unique. Yes Parisian aesthetic exist, but FRANCE is not only PARIS. Idiotic of them to think we are all named Pierre or Charlotte and we are all white people that has an appartment in downtown Paris. UGH, does this even make sense to think like this? For real, it is STUPID

I think I saw someone else commenting how she seems more American as opposed to French - building off that I like that she doesn't have the generic/stereotypical Jane Birkin/Jeanne Damas "Parisian Girl" look, and thus something different is being showcased other than the kind of over exhausted French girl motifs. I wouldn't necessarily say that this is an American look because of some of the more maximalistic accessories/brands she's wearing - seems more Rome or Milan/young Italian girl style ... but I don't know .. maybe best not to think so much about putting things in a box. She kind of makes me think of Rosalia!

@DEL Raphie Tu t'es vraiment dit en cliquant sur la vidéo "je pense que cette fille est passionnante en dehors de son apparence, et je sens que je vais apprendre des choses sur la société, ou sur la science ?" XD Cette fille c'est le vide abyssal qui fait vendre des choses dont elle ne connaît pas l'efficacité, mais que ses fans achètent en espérant devenir belle comme elle. Secret : ça ne marche pas. Un thon reste un thon. Edit: le mot "thon" a été mal pris, peut-être aurais-je dû employer "truie" ou "poisson lune" ? Quoiqu'il en soit mon but n'était pas de vexer les concernées. Je dis juste que le fond de commerce des publicités c'est de faire croire qu'avec ce produit vous deviendrez aussi belle que celle qui le présente. C'est quasi-inconscient mais on tombe dans le panneau. L'espoir fait acheter.
