Léo Vieira Seminar Day 1 - Single Leg X Spider Sweeps & Drills (part 1) [SUPER STRONG POSITION] 

Stark jiujitsu host a 2 day #bjj seminar with the legend Léo Vieira. Léo shows us a super strong position that combines two common guards, single leg X and spider guard. A position we have seen at the highest level, for example in the Jansen Gomes vs Meyram Maquine fight during Worlds 2024 as Léo mentions.
We got to learn the basics of the position, two strong sweeps and different drills to practice this. We ended the seminar with some positional rounds as well as some free sparring rounds!
It was an honor to host Léo Vieira at Stark for the second time and we will post day 2 next week!
