I also mentioned Geoffrey Beene Grey Flannel which can be found on any number of perfume sites.

My experience with Iris de Gris was very similar to yours. It’s such a beautiful, green, relatively, simple perfume up until you get to that ambroxan part. It just gets harsh and ruins it. And, to think it already feels like the ambroxan was retrained but it was still too aggressive. Too bad. Thanks for sharing some alternatives to try!

Sounds interesting, I've only smelled a small handful from the brand a couple of times.. I don't see them around in the UK much.

@@CanadianBeautyBlog they have a lot of great scents, especially the ones made when annick goutal was alive and at the helm. They shouldn't be too hard to find at a department store or mall
