I do not have the Bean boots yet, but I like to see them someone wearing on. I think I should obtain the pair for next season. We had very cold and deep snowfall this season.
Our Gore-Tex lined Bean Boots are designed not to leak. While other versions are made with waterproof rubber and leather, you are right that they can leak if submerged beyond the seam where the rubber meets the leather. ^kw
