I think its because it will be hard to sit like that for a long period of time. Trust me I tried. Also its a safety hazzard cause not only are you sitting like that you also have to balance on a chair.

I love Kento as L, but the production shouldnt have changed so many things (L sitting normally, L wearing shoes, slurping that juice thing instead of sweets)
I think they made L drink those juice patches so that the actor wouldn't get diabetes. I think that happened to the original L in the first live-action movies. He would do numerous takes and eat the sweets and in the end became a diabetic. Now that's just a rumor I heard but it would make sense. As for the posture your guess is as good as mine.
@@TwilightGrl2009 he didn't became diabetic, as far as i know, but kenichi fid say he would sometimes end with an upset stomach after filming from eating too many sweets.

one of my fav things about this L is that whenever he's too in-the-zone drinking that jelly juice thing and something/someone snaps him out if it, he makes that cracky-voiced gasp😂😂like at 2:13, 2:21 and also that one time he saw Light kissing Misa😂

The world is just a word without L. L is my most fave character from death note anime like damn he is so smart and cute and he's the same as me.Alot of people thought that he's weird when started watching the series but for me he was an interesting character.And everyone loves this drama only because of L's looks?that is ridiculous 😒.
