Kyunki obviously muje 1lakh nai Dene Kya aesa rule he kya ?? K unreserved me hoge toh bond general ka bharna padega ???

Sir, Kahi kahi se sun rha hu ki sbi mein clerks ki training nhi hota zyada. 1,2 din ke baad hi directly branch mein bhej diya jata hain! Agar aisa ho to hum new joinees ko to dikkat hoga kafi.. kyuki branches mein to already sab log overburdened hote hain . Hume thodai sikhane baithengey seniors.. Please clear this confusion!
15 days training will be arranged. But not sure at the time of joining. In bank practical doings is most important than any theory. So one need to learn how to post transaction in system. Traing can only make you familiar with bank not with public. So they send staff to branch directly

pranam sir recently selected as sbi ja in rajasthan for UR, sir anil agarwal sir said there is some new circular in sbi TO promotion for those who have btech in cs/it branch there are eligible for TO after 2 years if cleared jaiib and caiib so please verify this and sir medical facility kya 100% reimbursed hoti hai yadi koi accident ho jaye ya badi bimari ho jaye ya limited amount for sbi clerks and kya mai routine check up and dental check up kara sakta hu aor kya ye sbi clerk joining day se milti hai ya after 6 month of confirmation
@@jenith9346 yes new TO post for engineers opened. 2yr with caiib. Medical for officer it's 100% but for clerical there are restrictions which is not full of claim.

Sir.... plzzzz answer my query... 🙏🏻🙏🏻 i got selected in sbi ja & ibps clerk this year.. i belong to obc... but I've my obc certificate of this financial year ie, 2024 25.. not for the last year.. will i be allowed ? Though in ibps dv they took a declaration from me to submit obc of last financial year during joining.. but it cant be fetched.. i dont know whats going to happen in sbi... so, will i be rejected..? But in notification its written obc ncl from 1-4-23 to date of dv? Plzz reply..
@@prateekchaturvedi4468 See deduction, which are not there in other nationalised banks ultimately money you will rcvd at end. In other bank deduction of PF is not there.
Since Deduction of PF starts after confirmation which take 6 months so. After a year one increment will be added to bacis so overall increase in net around 1700/-.
