I was their neighbor in the 80's. They had a Persian cat and rabbit. L. used to take the rabbit downstairs in the elevator so that he could get used to going out of the house. I never met a sweeter couple. I wish I still knew them, Myles from 51st ST. I love you all,
The vampire movie Queen of the Damned brought me here. Mr. L. Shankar composed and played all the very haunting Gypsy and Middle Eastern sounding music and atmosphere for that movie with a wonderful scene of a beautiful Gypsy woman playing his song by a beach fire called: "On the Beach / Lestat's Violin." it's beautiful and haunting.
Harmonie des sons, harmonie des sens ! le bonheur & le bien être a la fois. Un moment d'amour & de paix au milieu de l'agitation du grand n'importe quoi.
ALSO from the movie: "Queen of the Damned" Shankar composed and played all the very haunting Gypsy and Middle Eastern sounding background music in that vampire movie. On youtube look up "On the Beach / Lestat's Violin" . it's a haunting Gypsy song he did for that movie
Shankar also composed and played the haunting Gypsy and Middle Eastern music for the vampire movie Queen of the Damned. on youtube you can look up "On the Beach / Lestat's Violin" the haunting gypsy music by the beautiful gypsy woman but it was Shankar playing the music for the movie
