If I had a history teacher like yourself in school I would have never opted for education in commerce post school. I am a visually challenged 46 year old PSU employee . Calcutta,Dhaka , Murshidabad and Patna and all were headed by British judges (European).The circuit courts are also called as court of appeal for both civil and criminal cases

4 circuit court were set up at Patna, Murshidabad, calcutta and dhaka.. by cornawallis In Civil judiciary, the lowest court was the munsif court the higher court was the diwani Aadalat after diwani adalat , provincial court of appeal then sadar diwani adalat then king of england In criminal judiciary darogh i adalat then district criminal court then 4 circuit court then sardar nizamat adalat
