"Photolysis of water won't occur in vascular bundle because it has agranal thylakoids" Reason- PSII involved in light reaction which involves photolysis of water, can do photosynthesis only across an appressed(daba hua) membrane. And since it is agranal, there is only non-appressed membrane Therefore, no PSII involved and no photolysis of H20.

I am confused. Ma'am, you said that C4 cycle occurs in bundle sheath cell and now you are saying it occurs in mesophyll cell.

In c3 plants C3 cycle occurs in mesophyll cell while in C4 plants C4 occurs in mesophyll cell and in bundle Sheath cell c3 occurs . Still in doubt then you can see page 220 in first 2 para.

And one more thing I want to ask is u haven't showed the exact count of ATP from non cyclic and cyclic Phosphorylation I am not getting from where 18 ATP and 12 NADPH are provided during dark reaction Plz can U elaborate that part

In c3 cycle 2NADPH and 2ATP (For two molecules of 3-PGA)are used during reduction process .and 1ATP in regeneration process so total 3ATPs and 2NADPH are used .This is only a one round of this cycle and after 6 round of this cycle we'll get 18ATP and 12NADPH.

Mam kya C4 plants ke mesophyll cells mein C3 cycle chalta hai. And jab zaada sunlight nehi hone pe kya bundle sheath cells ka photosynthesis stop hojata hai kyuki mesophyll cells photosynthesis karenge. Plz clear mam

Thanks a lot Ma'am. Ma'am I have a question- Why can't the CAM Plants simply store 3-phosphoglyceric acid in the vacuoles instead of making Malate by C4 Cycle and then storing it in vacuole. What was the purpose of C4 Cycle in CAM Plants?

Because primary receptor of CAM plants is PEP and secondary receptor is RuBiSCo... that's why it first store malic acid in vacoule

On stromal Lamellae only PS 1 is present that's why photolysis of H2O doesn't take place

Mam plz tell me.if there is no phospholysis of water in bundle sheath cell then also there is no production pf ATP and NADPH. Due to absence of ATPand NADPH then how C3 cycle happen in bundle sheath cell.mam plzzzzzzzz solve it

Co2 ka higher concentration nhi hota hai kyoki wo pehle hi bicarbonate aur fir oxalo acetic acid(OOA) me convert ho gaya tha.
