A Volvo EC250EL crawler excavator is feeding a powerscreen impact crusher with milled asphalt, the material is then carried to pile by a L90H 2.0.

Great video man and I love the equipment. I am curious though why you only have those low capacity buckets on excavators in Europe? It doesn't make any sense to me when you have a large machine like that EC250 and the buckets is something I would have on a 160. Not criticism just curiosity.

haha i would like to see that bucket on a 160. That would be heavy :D For that job there isn´t a need of a bigger bucket either because the screener can´t take it. He put two three buckets and then he have to wait so the machine and bucket is oversize for the screener.

@@lovejcdc Then we often have buckets that are made for stony ground where the sides are shorter and the bottom is longer so that you can grab / pick up a stone for example. And almost all machines have a quick attachment in addition so it is easy to change to a wider one when it is different soil or planning work

@@lovejcdc That bucket by the way i would guess is around 1.2m3 - 1,3m3 or something like that in size. What do you use on a 160 to have something to compare with? :)

@@RilleS88 well I am going by what I see on letsdig 18. It looks like it's got a much deeper capacity. But I could be wrong. I guess the observation I was making is that American manufacturers buckets are typically much deeper capacity than what I see in European countries video's. I can see how it would be deceiving on camera how big a bucket could be.
