Unfortunately Ritchie Valens left this world very young, more precisely at the age of 17 in a tragic plane crash, that day happened 64 years ago and is remembered as "The Day The Music Died". Many years later, on August 2, 2019, a charming young Romanian girl would sing for the first time the verses of the most famous song of Ritchie's short musical career and would be cheered by all their fans. (Curiously at that time Beatrice was 15 years old, one year younger than when Ritchie Valens sang it for the first time). Today, "La Bamba" is not only a classic song from the late 50s, but it has been revived by you, Beatrice, who with your intact and faithful pronunciation to the original song in Spanish and your incredible stage presence make this one of your signature covers on the platform. Nice work! ❤
In fact, La Bamba is a traditional Mexican song, from Veracruz State. Ritchie Valens adapted it to the rock music popular in the 1950s in the United States. It's no small achievement, it has its merit, undoubtedly. And thanks to this, La Bamba is now a world-famous song, not only in Mexico.
ARRIBA! Beautiful performance by Beatrice Florea! I 💖 it! Please support Beatrice and hit the Super Thanks Button! All information about supporting is available in the socials! 💖💖🎙🎙💖💖
My dear Beatrice, La Bamba, everyone in the studio probably has to sing this song. Of course you sang it many years ago, at the very beginning of the studio. It was in August 2019 and you were at most 15 and Andrei at most 17 and you sang a version full of energy and enthusiasm. And I heard from someone who saw you back then that you said you only knew 5 songs, and then you played La Bamba 5 times. 😉 And today, more than 4 years later, you're singing the grown-up version of this classic. And in your beloved 3-Beatrice-setting and of course perfectly with your enchanting charm. Thank you very much for that. ❤🥰❤ Peter
Hola Beatrice, has cantado en español la canción de "La Bamba" y tu interpretación es fabulosa, es de 10, muchas felicidades. Saludos desde la Ciudad de México. 🇲🇽 ❤
Your voice is crystal clear and spot on with this song. I first heard you sing La Bamba on your first cover released 3 years ago, then on your Rock and Roll party and all were awesome. I love this one because I get to see three beautiful views of you, from different angles.❤️
Lo máximo!!! Dear Bea, Spanish is my native language and let me congratulate you on the pronunciation, it is excellent!! 💯 I love this new version of La Bamba, no one sings this song better than you. This new performance is stunning with phenomenal vocal harmonies! This song requires a lot of energy but above all joy, and I could notice that in your beautiful performance. Thank you very much!! You are a singer like no other! Viva la música y Viva Beatrice Florea, una preciosa y encantadora persona con un enorme corazón, que es además la cantante número uno de nuestro mundo!!! 🙂
What an amazing voice you have!. I loved listening to you singing in my language, an almost with an argentine accent!. Please, post more songs in Spanish. Best wishes from Buenos Aires, Argentina
RU-vid fills me feed with so much junk but it's always a joy when I get to spend a few minutes with my favorite vocal artist. Thank you and the team for the hard work you put into creating these musical gems. Do good, be safe.

Her vibrant, bouncy voice brings an infectious energy to this classic song, making every note resonate with authenticity and passion. Her ability to convey the joy and spirit of the song is truly remarkable. Each phrase is imbued with an authenticity that invites listeners to dance and enjoy. In short, Beatrice has created a version of “La Bamba” that is both a tribute to the past and a celebration of the present. Her talent and dedication shine through in every note, making this version an unforgettable listening experience. 🎉💃
I remember when you first sang this with Andrei years ago.. This version is THREE TIMES as good, and your voice and your performance are more mature. Thanks Beatrice!
WOW, Beatrice! "La Bamba" has been your signature song for years, and your latest cover is the best yet. You are all super talented. I hope the Bea-Three trio stays together for years to come.🤩
Mi querida Beatriz me estas convirtiendo en tu Idolo tu acento en arriba y arriba me fascina bravo bravísimo!!!! sigue cantando en español no te vamos a defraudar
Outstanding as always Beatrice. Thank you for reviving so many of these wonderful classic songs. Wishing you all the best not only in music but with your studies at university too!
This one has a mellower feel to it compared to the ones that you did live with Andrei in his hat(!). Musicians change and grow... Thanks for revisiting an old favorite.
La Bamba! For me this song is connected with your name. Here is a grown-up version of it. More then 4 years after your first cover of this song. Your actual interpretation by the Beatrice triplets sets a new standard by its full and clear sound. I love your voice!
Having just found your channel - terrific - excellent song choices - from ballads to rock - you present yourself just right. DO you welcome song suggestions? Really first class, well done.
In 1967 my Spanish I teacher liked to bring Latin culture into the classroom. He used La Bamba as an example of the culture where it is said if you want to go to heaven you need a big ladder and another small one. The ladder lyrics are not in the Richie Valens version or this one, but Selina did put them in her version of La Bamba. This version emphasizes the lyric that if you want to do the dance, then you need to be your own captain, and, you need a little grace on top of that.
