La Fille Mal Gardée Variation

Burgmuller often composed variations for visiting artists so once that Artist departed the piece was abandoned. He did similar for a soloist in the peasant pas de deux in Giselle. that variation rarely danced now the more usual one being used. He also composed a whole ballet for Grisi and Perrot La Peri A Peri is a persian fairy It is rarely danced now though occasionally someone will dance a variation from it at Competition La Peri is famous for the famous leap by Grisi into Perrots arms, Quite tame nowadays but stunning then!
