great review! I want to take my family as well here, looks like there is about 3 -4 spots that were tricky. I have a 5yo do you think its suitable for 5yo with a life jacket?

Fun :) They'd need some helping up and down a few of the areas. Definitely a life jacket. For the part where you cross the stream and are holding to a rope, you could have them hold onto your back. That's what I'd do.

Would you say the hike was very difficult with lots of elevation changes? Trying to see if my 70 year old parents could do it too.

Yeah, lots of elevation change and climbing up fairly steep rocks. Also, swimming through a couple deep parts of the stream. It depends on the shape they are in, but we were climbing and pulling each other up, etc. Son was able to do it with our help.
