I was easily captivated by its rythmn...and easily, listening to it bring back the memories of home... and eversince I was searching for this piece for my tape was destroyed playing it over and over again...thanks for uploading this piece.

I think so but I can't find the exact information. This version has some video here in RU-vid and some said it was by Francis Goya, one was by Nicolas de Angelis and some with no artist's name. I don't think this is by Francis Goya. Do you have more information?

+Zinedine Mehenni : I believe this instrumental was originally played by Claude Ciari in 1964. For the lyrics, I think this melody was not purposed as a song. It was debutted only for instrumental to begin with, just like numerous melodies played by the Ventures in the 60's and 70's that never been made for singing.
