I am not sure, you must experiment. Second suggestions. Poor people or poor hotel industry don't use clay pot because it's break and food gets spoiled. My suggestions is let's make very thin aluminum or stainless steel pot and cover it with clay pot for cooking. If clay pot breaks food remain in pot. Rich people can use outside aluminum pot and poor people can use inside aluminum pot. This can create lots of job. Third suggestions. For this you must take help of our country honorable priminister In the state gujrat one clay pot maker have made mold for making pot. My suggestions you can make mold for drinking glasses and other articles but the most important is you make tiles molding, Not only the traditional but make design of cement corroguleted sheets as we have in India.
