Fabulous. She was so under-rated. Anyone singing this well today would be a huge star.

The birds are literally circling around her, singing along. She was one of greatest sopranos!

I can’t think of any coloratura sopranos today with such a big and luscious tone. Fortunately I got to see her at the Met as Gilda, but just once.
