Hi Stephen many thanks for your question and apologies for the delay in getting back to you! I am a slighlty wider foot and I tend to wear La Sportiva shoes about 0.5 size bigger than some other brands. I hope that helps!

Thank you for your question, I recommend them for cooler temperatures, so probably less than around 12 degrees as otherwise your feet get quite warm. This is due to the gore-tex lining. Yes if you don’t go over the height of the gaiter for very long 👍

Not at all! Many thanks for watching the review! It's possible but not recommended as you would find dirt and debris gather between the gaiter and the shoe, plus the gaiter would flap around, this solution would be more an unplanned fix if you were overheating and you were on your way back home. Are they fit to size ? Skechers 43 , Hoka 45 or 44 -2/3, Salewa same as Hoka

@@anaviivana8444 we generally find they are similar to HOKA sizing or sometimes you need to go 0.5 size bigger than HOKA - hope that helps!
