Great video 👍🏻 We own an apartment on La Torre, we love the place as it has plenty of restaurants and a few bars in the town centre. It’s a very well kept resort. We pay 2 Community Fees, one the main community and another for the sub community areas ie your pool area and blocks. It costs us approx. £170 per month combined covering all the communal areas block insurance, and we get Internet and English TV channels included…. Hope this helps.

Hi Shaun. I got a visit from my cousin today and a few of his mates on a golfing trip, one of them lives at Cuidad Quesada. They were amazed at the villa, plot and location. I did explain to them that I had made a massive mistake as per the homes from hell video. 😁 Went to the golf club for a few beers, quite busy and really nice. Glad to get a day off in good company.

The hotel is great and has a fantastic swimming pool which overlooks the 9th tee. I've been told by some golfers that the golf course isn't the best but I've never played it. The restaurants get busy in the evening and they do have happy hour drinks.

Great resort. We bought there 2 years ago and are well pleased. The site is always immaculate and the overall fees are very affordable. It’s not just for golfers in fact I think the majority of residents/owners are not. The golf course simply enhances the open space which is very attractive. The swimming pools are fantastic. The golf course is a separate company and actually nothing to do with the housing as such. The 20 minute travel to the airport and beach is correct. Murcia airport is superb and getting busier so hopefully more flights in from the UK.

nice golf complex but i wouldent move there since i have those in the algarve in portugal :D but here the housing would be more expensive :) looking fit shaun glad your hip is recovering nicely ^^

Do they have a runway? The lake is too small for the Gweduck. On the other hand, 3 more inches of snow last night.

is there any public transport you use to go to nearby towns etc if you dont have transport it looks a lot bigger than Condado
