I hope you can also feature the Night Market of San Fernando City, La Union. It is located at Osmeña St. or just near around round market area. It already went viral several times on social media. In fact, local celebrity "Matet de Leon" went there the other night with her little daughter and tried the street foods of San Fernando. There a lot of street foods there with different variations.

Oh man, I miss the Filipino fishballs that I ate as a kid in Baguio where the stand was just outside my elementary school. Been researching how to make it but with no success. I went to visit Baguio in 2019 on my first PI visit after many years and combed the streets for fishballs but the texture and taste not the same as I remember. I like it puffed and crunchy on the outside then it shrinks when dipped.
