An other reason for the blindfold could be that some parts of the Song Sound like a copy of amusement park from nier automata. You see that in paticular at 0:46

another reason to those given is that the common symbol of justice is a blindfolded woman holding scales. Furina is the human part of the God of Justice and as they say: "Justice is blind"
