Well I know Missouri is open carry so I don’t have to have a license to carry unless it’s concealed carry. So u less having a fire arm in a vehicle is considered conceal carry then I’m not sure what the issue was besides them being fullly automatic. But you don’t have to have a license to own or purchase firearms last time I checked. I haven’t been back home in a while so things could’ve changed idk.
