Australia has created one of the biggest real estate bubbles in history of mankind! The consequences of this could be disastrous. Nonetheless, there’s a shift happening where pension funds are moving from stock market investments, like the ASX, into real estate. In the next few years, we might see superannuation funds buying up Australian houses on a massive scale. This is likely in preparation for what’s coming. Don’t believe that superannuation funds will immediately buy properties worth millions; what they want now is government approval to do so. When the housing market crashes and property prices plummet, like Wile E. Coyote without a parachute, all the foreclosed properties will be snapped up by superannuation funds and rented out as they disengage from a non-performing stock market
Nothing gets found in these inquires . They have inquires for everything. It’s a well warn track and all the gate keepers are bought and paid for 90 percent of people that put on a shirt and tie go to work to steal or shake down in some form or another.
@@KoDeMondoSuperannuation companies already own large amounts of Australian property investments… if the property bubble implodes (which is projected, following the US), the result could be the exact opposite of what your saying.
The Unions should have nothing to do with the Super funds. They get the profits and channel that straight into Labor. The conflict of interests is beyond a joke.
Do some research~! Unions fought for Super as it was denied to building & construction workers. Union super funds were set up as all other super funds would not accept construction workers monies. So many things have changed since the original super funds were set up.
@@iamurage Cbus was setup in 1984, Howard brought in the mandatory superannuation guarantee in 1991- 92. Many people prior to 1991 didn't have a lot of superannuation. I had Cbus from about 1988 - 90 when I worked in the building trade and rolled it over to a different super fund when I went back to Printing in 1993. They are all thieves, been trying to get at some of my super but cant do it until I turn 60 later this year. Problem is I need it now.

Hawke got the unions all the power when he was president of the ACTU. Then he became PM and the unions held Australia to ransom, to the point where the BLF had to be deregistered because of corruption, hence we have the CFMEU. Now we're having a repeat, who would've guessed..
Nice work👍 The courts giving out names & address needs to be addressed. I was locked up 12 months & the whole world knew i was on jail & cleaned out my house & trashed it
Why does she not get a screen to read , rather than all that paperwork, she keeps losing her place, I still think she’s a straight and clear talker deserves a vote 🎉
This is for one thing, that is to BREAK DOWN this is in favour for the CEO of multi businesses. Labor party has turned their backs to the people who voted for them in parliament.
Why is DUTTON not asking the HARD questions? Again, Pauline is the only one with the guts to hold bad government accountable. As an aside, HAVE YOU BEEN PAYING ATTENTION on the TEN NETWORK, Continues to deride and slander Pauline while treating ALBO with kid gloves.
Ultimately, the workers will pay a heavy price as their working conditions and entitlements will begin to erode away. I'm for corruption being exposed, but at what price?.
I do totally agree with Ms Hanson, definitely. One of biggest prejudice in Australia is accusations of Pouline Hanson as racist??? She is such fighter for all Australians ,definitely. She is champion 🏆, comunist accusations is patetic and twisted mind, definitely 🗳⛪️🇺🇸🌎✅️💰🇦🇺🏆 11:03
I thank God we have you Pauline. I'm horrified that Jacqui Lambie did not support what you are trying to do for workers. Especially after seeing her on a recent Q&,A episode condemning CFMEU. You GO PAULINE HAVING OUR BACKS.
Don't agree, just ban them outright, there's enough already. Unions are done, they got their safety laws and the wage standards long ago, now they are obsolete and are making a noises to feel needed.
So basically it's all a spectacle of a fearsome act. Because after all the appearance of the law must be maintained, especially while it's being broken. Nyuck Nyuck, Nyuck Nyuck.
In 1985 as a builders labourer I earned the same money as my father. I was sixteen. The most I could spend was a days pay .bourd expenses and entertainment. I thank the unions for that.my next job was in a factory earning a quarter of that.i learned a lot without unions. I now earn 3 grand a week. If It wasn't for unions in the background where would we be.they have a place and deserve respect.
By convention, the prime minister must be a member of the lower house. The only case where a member of the Senate was appointed prime minister was John Gorton, who subsequently resigned his Senate position and was elected as the member for Higgins in the House of Representatives. Unfortunately, as much as we'd like to see it happen, Pauline Hanson's One Nation has buckleys of breaking the duopoly of Libs and Labor...
How can you just jump to conclusions and paint EVERY union worker as a THUG. The workers are paying the price, all their facts seem to be sourced by Master Builders as well, what a suprise🙄

I 100% AGREE WITH HER PASSION AND WHAT SHES SAYING.. . BUT I STIL 100% DISAGREE ON BANNING POLITICAL DONATIONS!! 1.). YOU ARE ACCUSING PEOPLE OF CRIME THAT SHOULD BE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY ALWAYS.. 2.). IT MUDDYS THE NAME & INTENTION OF PEOPLE WHO REALLY DO WANT TO DONATE AND GIVE BACK TO POLITICAL PARTYS ABFY HELP OUT 3.) IF SOMEONE IS TRULY CORDUPTED IT IS NOT GOING TO MATTER ABOUT POLITICAL DONATIONS BUT MORE THEY WILL JUST FIND OTHER WAYS ANYWAY 4.) It sounds like 100,% THERE ARE ALLREADY CONTINGENCYS AND POLICYS IN PLACE SO THAT THESE THINGS WONT HAPPEN REGARDLESS OF DONATIONS ALLEGATIONS!!!.. AND IF POLICY'S WERE PROPERLY ADHERED TO IN THE FIRST PLACES WE WOULDN'T HAVE THESE ISSUES.. IT SOUNDS LIKE THE REGULATORS NEED REGULATING. AND THE WHOLE BOARD NEEDS SACKING IF THERE IS OVERALL CONSENSUS THAT THINGS ARE OBVIOUSLY* NOT IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF THE CLIENTS AT ALL TIMES! 5.,). IF AUSTRALIAN POLITICAL PARTYS ALL ADHERED TO JUST SERVING THE PUBLIC PEOPLE OVER THEMSELVES WE WOULDN'T EVER BE HERE AGAIN,! 6.) IT SOUNDS MORE LIKE ITS ABOUT POLICYS NOT BEING UPHELD AND OTHER MEMBERS OF THE GEOUPS NOT STANDING UP FOR THE RIGHTS OF THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE BY ALLOWING UNJUST LEGISLATION & POLICY CHANGES AND NOT ADHERING TO THE RULES CORRECTLY,!! ( LAST BUT NOT LEAST EVERYONE NEEDS TO FIGHT FOR AUSTRALIA. AND IT IS NOT FAIR THAT PUBLIC CAN'T CALL CORRUPTION OR WERE CALLED SLADEROUS! WERE TAKEN TO JAIL FOR CONSPIRACY THEORY'S BUT POLITICIANS CAN ACCUSE OTHERS PUBLICLY NAMING THEM WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES!! THAT'S NOT RIGHT OR FAIR EVERYONE; INCLUDING POLITICIANS ARE INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY ITS THE POLICY MAKERS AND REGULATORS THAT NEED TO BE JAILED HERE!
Vote Pauline Hanson in and I am sure she will get the job done. She cares about the average working men and women. She fights for Justice for all the right reasons and is level headed and very informed of her Responsibilities in Parliament for the People. God Bless.
PH cant address the parliament without breaking down like a child standing in from of class reading a book ... Lets be serious ... She doesn't have any conviction or integrity whilst speaking ... This is incompetence ...
PATRIOT PAULINE LABOR GOES AGAINST AUSTRALIA. SERIOUSLY A NEED FOR A GOVERNMENT FOR OZ, NOT THERE PARTY OR PERSONAL AGENDA. FOR ALL AUSTRALIA. ADVANCE AUSTRALIA FAIRLY. PAULINE CAN'T DO IT ALONE. ONE NATION NEEDED INTERSTATE. OH WHAT A GREAT NATION WE WILL BECOME THANKS PATRIOT PAULINE
Unions are very important branch of workers services and basic rights all Australians need to pay union fees automatically via wages so positions can be established in every workplace
With monkey pox spreading through our society we aught to have workplaces on the lerts for health protective measures should anyone have it it’s a hive like blister and pus a few days off to set up sites unions preps would be the ones who ensure sites have info at doors for staff to be checked for spots
