I am also a FTM that got roped into an induction at 39 weeks + had a super traumatizing experience! I regret being induced very badly - I hope next time around I’ll let my body go as long as it chooses (unless it becomes unsafe to do so)

Thank you for sharing your miracle with us! I always hate to hear when a first time mama is getting induced. If your body isn’t ready to give birth and the baby isn’t ready, induction can be a long, painful, tiring process. So happy all is well now and baby J is here. 💕

The ending of this video was so unexpected! Aw Emma, I have so glad you both came out of it healthy and safe 💛 i also had a traumatic birth experience with my son. Doctors saved his life! I made a video talking about my birth experience if you want to hear someone else’s story so you know you’re not alone 💛 my husband couldn’t even be in the room because they had to put me completely under. But after waking up and knowing we were all okay I felt so blessed. The same thing happened with my first. Induced at 42 weeks. Took forever to progress with all the meds. 36 hours in labor. 2 hours of pushing. Emergency C Section. You are not alone. Glad you are both safe. 👼🏻

"That was a big one!" Mmhmm, my hubs would say that, as "those" were off the charts at only 4cm. I would just evily smile, close my eyes, and nod. Anyway... But OH, MY WORD! How precious and how tiny! How perfect! Even though the process wasn't perfect, you can just look at that sweet face, and all of that trauma disappears. 👼
