As far as Labour are concerned it is only the overpaid, luxury pension cossetted PUBLIC SECTOR WORKERS who are "working class". EVERYBODY ELSE, including poor pensioners, low paid workers in the hospitality sector are rich, and are going to be ripped off left right and centre with tax after tax after tax. A live in a large house, we built ourselves, in an English village. I have two degrees and children with a PhD and an MA. We live comfortably in our retirement. Everything we have has been worked for. I am proud to be working class like my mining forebears. I object to the idea that we, the working class are extinct.

So to Keir Starmer, during the election, 'working people' meant 'people with no savings'. Now he says it means 'people with no assets', and he used to think the word 'women' included humans with penises, but by the election, he had changed its meaning to 'adult human females'. Slippery Starmer has a strange way of defining words.
Most " Working " people aren't grifters, most working people work for a living and produce wealth and goods for Britain, most politicians do neither but are good at wasting taxpayers money and giving themselves large amounts of " Benefits" and looking down their snouts at the people that built and produced Britain's wealth.

There are lots of poor people in America too! We are giving aid to India who have a space programme and more millionaires than here in Britain. We are a poor country pretending to be rich on the world stage, whilst increasing our debt to support the rest of the world. This pretension needs to end.

So glad I moved to the Philippines in 2030.. The labour party no longer exists as l once remember things. Looks like this lot are going for total control of the people. I was just amazed with looking at people being jailed for Facebook comments. Then l see complete thugs being let out of prison being picked up in Bentleys. So very sad. I'm now very relaxed and comfortable with life even with some of the inconveniences and some lack of infrastructure. People generally very happy with life.😊😊
