Watched the entire thing. Best part was not one verbal command. You let the dogs be dogs, you let them feel wild. You let dad teach in his own dog way. Good job
The first pup that went in was like “I’m gonna be just like my dad” and didn’t let fear or uncertainty stop him! The quiet walk down the path through all the high grasses was so beautiful and peaceful and serene!
Couldn't agree more. I score this video 11/10, and the extra point is for the (near) silence, no squeaky baby-talk, total focus on the subject - the dogs!
Tira I even love the lagging puppy...and I have a yellow lab with a pink nose so this is is so precious..full of pure adventure for each. I can't keep my now 3 year old ever out of any water. Such playful joy !
The father was seemingly like, "Ok, you all don't want to swim in the pond? I'll just run you around a bit to get you hot. You'll want to cool off in the pond after that for sure!"
i feel like i learned something about parenting. he went in, one followed the rest hesitated, he changed focus and then when he came back around they went in out of their own curiosity. i wonder how much of it was deliberate
I have not laughed so much for ages - hilarious how they all followed the fathers actions without a break. They must have been SO tired at the end of that exploration. Absolutely lovely! Loved it.
He is making the swimming classes more interesting with a few sniff trails thrown in. These pups are lucky to have such a wonderful and caring teacher 🐾❤
That's a good Dad. Not just the swimming lesson, but the way he keeps an eye on them and makes sure all are present and accounted for and how he takes them along the paths and shows them the "good stuff". They obviously think he's just the best, the way they follow along after him. Love this. 😊
One thing I love so much about dogs is how they all have their own unique personalities. Like you have that one puppy that is really brave and doesn't hesitate to jump in there and swim right away.
@@calador1918 there is a lot of parents out there that actually do that, or even worse 🤷🏻. A lot of kids that didn't get to meet their dad because he wasn't man enough to take care of them and left, a lot of dad out there that r@p3 they're own children, c'mon dude just because it didn't happen to u doesn't mean it doesn't happen
@@calador1918 You have never seen parents throw floaters on a kid and just drop them into the shallow end instead of teaching by example or explaining the steps? Literally every community center has atleast one "Just get in there" parent.
I’m watching it over and over. You can’t imagine the joy this video brings me! No talk, no music, just the sounds of nature! Our lab blessed us with 2 litters of puppies and it was the most exciting time of my life! Please keep them coming. I just love ❤️ it’
everything about this video is magical: the green path through the bushes, the idyllic pond, the galloping dad and trotting puppies.. well i'm happy now!!~
This is what heaven must be like. A cool pond in the middle of a green and lush field, birds chirp in the background as a gentle breeze blows through the uncut grass, all the while a litter of puppies playfully chase their father.
Watching this surely is the BEST I’ve seen for a while♥️ THANK YOU for letting your adorable dogs just be and learn without calling them all the time, and also for not adding one of those annoying background ”musics”! All the best♥️♥️♥️
Watching Labs play in the water is just amazing. Dad is so wonderful and the pups are priceless. Life itself is so dear, we can let go of our foolish political behaviors for just one minute and realize how precious life really is.
Very well said. I just came from some extremely unpleasant videos on YT and my goodness is watching these cute pups a therapeutic break from all that igorant hate-filled shit on the internet.
This was so well shot and respected from their owner, that I felt like I was watching a documentary on true parenting and natural unconditional love from our beautiful K9 companions..
Nill Gddy there's always 1...but in general the cotton mouth golden is not doing much damage...I used to have an Akita that had a Bear trap for a mouth...it would've never crossed anyones mind to mess with his pups.
Man he handles that brood like a champ, I’d be pulling my hair out with twins let alone 8-9! 😂 Way better dad skills than I had! I was ok I guess but his skills are legendary!
@@MonitorSmith 100% disagree, both cats and dogs both mirror their owners and caretaker and have special ways they communicate. Cats for instance don't meow nearly as often or in the same way around cats as humans. And there have been many study's to show both cats and dogs form complex relationships between facial expressions, words, motions, and actions, all the time. Just becouse they are not human or ape level smart doesn't mean that they are dumb and don't know what's going on. And we are all aware they don't understand human concepts, heck we don't even understand our own concepts from the past, or seemingly weird customs. We only see them as limited because they can't do what we do, we got to remember we can't do what they do either, you're not better or worse than them we're just different. And infact, we make up for each other's downside pretty well. And that's part of the reason why they're so popular, and why there is so important to humans in the past.
Dads being an excellent teacher. Probably giving Mama a break. He’s so good with them. Some of them are following him like they’ve done this before. He keeps an eye on all of them. I don’t whether this is Dads first litter but if it is he’s a great teacher & that must be a natural thing. Good Daddy! He must have had a good teacher. Absolutely fabulous to watch. ❤😂😮😅😊
This is what makes RU-vid special -- filming a moment that might otherwise be forgotten so that thousands, no millions can appreciate. You don't need special effects and sometimes its best to remain quiet and let the moment speak.
This is the MOST ADORABLE THING EVER daddy dog can tell when one pup is missing and runs back he keeps pups attention by keeping excitement He is clearly actually really teaching his puppies
That is the most adorable video father teaching kids how to swim . More lesson to humans in how to be kind to these adorable dogs ! They’re absolutely beautiful
#Shoutout to whoever recorded this. Thank you for not saying a word or adding unnecessary background music and effects. I feel like am there! Love hearing the sounds of the birds chirping, dogs playing and everything about this is wonderful. Just made my day!! 🥰🥰🥰🥰🐶🐶
Beautiful- we've just lost one of our older Labs and this video perfectly captures just how gentle and kind this breed is - lovely to watch and remember our Floyd.
This was a charming video... labs swim. We have a golden lab. When she was very young (not a puppy, but certainly not an adult), we brought her to water. She was VERY hesitant, at first, and wouldn't go in. I got out there (as her dad, I guess). Then a stick was thrown. She reluctantly waded in... and then discovered she could swim. It was AWESOME! She suddenly realized she had webbed feet and a rudder tail. She spent the next 20 minutes "showing off" to us. She was so proud! You know labs have smiles. She was smiling all the time!
I love these type of video. Always make my day. Love the way puppies run round their dad thinking “ I don’t know where he’s going, but it’s gotta be good “.
Looks like their father was multi-tasking 😂 He was teaching his pups to become familiar with their surroundings. How to swim if they came in contact with the water. Also teaching them that learning to swim can be so much fun, too😄 I also think he was teaching them hiw to do a little exercising as he was playing with them. 😊 This vid clip is too cute! I love the sounds of nature.
He's a smart papa! I love how he ran them to make the sweat and want to cool off in the water. After that initial run they were more willing to go in the water.
This is absolutely the cutest video I have ever watched. Sweet how he kept coming back for the stragglers! Seven puppies? Kept trying to count but they move so fast. 😊
