With just six strings players, recorded dry on a cold day in January 2015, Christian Henson set out to create a sound of stark beauty, something that would fit against low, grey skies - the super sul tasto is a haunting highlight.

Just can't complain when something this good is given away. Thank you Spitfire! Listening to the arrangement here to demo this new patch, I was just thinking how generous it would be of Spitfire if they made up a series of short audio clips that could be offered as Creative Commons licensed audio files that could be given away just like the LABS products. Just thinking.

Works for me just now, had the Spitfire Audio app open and press the "Get" button on the website. Make sure you don't have some browser addon running that might block things :) Hope it works.

The harmonics on the standard violin and cello patches are very pronounced, should really be included in the title/notes seems misleading to people using these patches who aren't aware the samples will be embellishing what they've written
