Labyrinthine Concussion and TMJ Dysfunction 

Force of auto collision causes brain to impact interior of skull. As brain thrashes about inside skull the auditory nerves become stretched and damaged leading to hearing deficits. In this instance the drivers face impacts the wheel as the colliding forces did not cause the airbag to deploy. TMJ dysfunction resulted from the jaw impacting the wheel.
