Hi everyone! In today's video I test the blue walker lace front wig tape. I have seen people use the blue walker wig tape to wear wigs in the pool etc so I had to give it a try. I've never tried wig tape before and looking back at the footage I definitely should have removed my foundation to apply the lace front tape, oops.
I may try the wig tape again without foundation and report back on here but next time i plan to try ghost bond.

Yes, definitely try it without makeup!! I typically use it to hold down the back and ear tabs and never have any issues with it staying put! I always alcohol my skin first too, that removes any oils, etc, which makes a huge difference too! My husband and I do custom car wraps and vinyl wall murals, etc. and preparing the surface by cleaning and wiping everything down with alcohol before applying anything sticky is the most important step! Have you ever seen where someone has put up their own vinyl wall decals and they start peeling off like a day later!? That's most likely bc they didn't properly prepare the wall first!!! It's kind of like a primer for makeup! Hope it works for you! :-)

Does The lace front tape attach well to the base? It’s the first time I’m using a lace but my tapes are ultra hold and no shine. They don’t seem to stick as they did with the skin base I used before. You could take the system off without taking out the tapes, but that doesn’t happen with the lace. These Tapes just won’t stay on the lace. So should I use just Lace Front tape? Thank you.

Also, try putting the tape on your head first and then putting the wig over it. And yeah try without makeup too cause maybe that’s why some bits stuck and some bits didn’t x

You should ALWAYS stick it to your head then place the wig down on it and it will hold up for swimming!

Use tweezers to get the other sticky side off. Also the skin area definitely needs to be make up free before attaching the tape x

If you continue using tape try using walker just-rite spray for positioning, it gives you a few seconds to properly position your hair, was a game changer for me

So happy to see another upload! I was wondering about this tape whether to try it just for the ear tabs and then use spray for the forehead. Do you think it's because of your makeup that it peels off easy? 💕

Aww thank you for watching 🥹 I actually 100% think it’s because of my make up, I was really stupid to not take it off first 🤣 I’m going to try again without make up on! I still don’t think it’s as strong as some of the other glues I’ve seen but it’s definitely good for ear tabs! 🥰♥️
