Lacets de Montvernier on a BMW R1200GSA 

Motorcycle climb of the visually imposing Lacets de Montvernier in France. on a BMW R1200GSA.
Tackled whilst ridiing between Annecy and Grenoble on our Insanity Tour in 2023, the imposing looking 'Laces of Montverneir' is visually stunning but does the ride live up to the look.
Located in the Maurienne Valley, the road rises 277 metres in just over 2 miles with an average gradient of 8.1%. An added bonus is the width of the road, being on the narrow side with almost comical centre markings meaning that two way traffic results in giving-way often.
Be prepared but do not be daunted. It's a pussy cat.
Would we go out of our way to ride it? Maybe 'un peu'.
