This is great competition for IWC. IWC is really absurd with their pricing.

Probl. the best Flieger Chrono out there. Heritage (one of German Luftwaffes suppliers, Quality and Look for an insanly low price.

Definitely going for the Laco Chrono. I have looked at other brands including my perennial favorite Seiko (I have a beautiful Turtle Dive watch purchased in the late 80s in Germany and it's my fav watch). I briefly looked at IWC but for the money and style and quality Laco wins. Also since I intend to purchase the Laco Pro Flieger B Uhr soon I am gonna maybe double dip and grab both that and the Chrono Kiel. I love the swiss movement and both watches emulate the historic Flieger watches. Thanks for the review which confirmed my choice. Enjoy your awesome Chrono.
