Hi! So I already EPed with my daughter before and stopped when she was a year old. I was 17mm and 19mm that time (different on each breast). Now im on baby number two still pregnant. I’m planning on purchasing a willow go but I need inserts for it and I’m not sure if I should use my old size (because I never used a ruler for it) or can I get my size without pumping yet.
Hello! We highly encourage moms to measure their nipples with each pregnancy - just to be sure you are in fact using the right size. With Willow Go, you will likely need to use a short silicone insert. Our team suggests measuring either toward the end of your pregnancy or after the first week postpartum to get a more accurate size. Oh - and remember with silicone inserts it is recommended to go up one size from your natural nipple size for the best comfort. We hope this helps!!
