I'm lactose intolerant. So I drink lactose free milk, and put it on my gluten free oatmeal. Watching from London.

many people who believe they are lactose intolerant only have the pH that is lowering with age and digestion becomes more difficult and with dairy products you start to have problems, keep the stomach pH high using raw acv and lemon but for those who can no longer digest dairy products and other foods, use betaine hcl ...

Can lactose intolerance symptoms like nausea show up after 4 or 5 hours or even next day? Because I've been feeling nauseous since 2 weeks & I cut out everything dairy for 4 days & I didn't have symptoms those days but today I decided to drink half cup milk & after 5 hours I'm feeling nauseous again.

As soon as I hit 40 I became lactose intolerant I can’t stop 💨💩💨💩💨💩💨 my stomach hurts so much now it’s really bad 🥺😭🥺😭🥺😭 I used to laugh when people said they were lactose intolerant like it was a real thing damm karma is a b***h sometimes 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
