By popular demand, I have used the Lotte lace stitch pattern I used in my corner bookmark • Learn How To Crochet a... and made it into a square so we can crochet beautiful blankets.
It is worked corner to corner so you can easily adjust the finished size of the blanket.

I am half way making this shawl. I am finding your instruction very easy to follow ❤ I am using a dk acrylic yarn and 4mm hook from Ice Yarns. My first time doing a C2C. I am hoping when I block my work that there will be more stitch definition. It is very lovely nevertheless. I am from Sydney Australia ❤

I have attempted a corner to corner blanket before but I find them so confusing probably because I can’t see what the blanket looks like as I’m working on it. Would love to know the multiples so I could work it in the usual way although I might be able to figure it out. It really is pretty …my friend is having her first baby soon and this would be a perfect gift for a christening blanket

I’ve made the blanked but my decrease part did not turn out I have a pointy end I have to take it back and try it again any tips please

If you followed the pattern correctly you can block it to a square shape. Diagonally worked blankets sometimes have a pointy corner on the decrease which is easily rectified by blocking.

Hi, your pattern is lovely & I'm using it to make a shawl. I'm using a variegated Lionbrand mandala (Genie) & it's started with a dark grey. Stitch definition is lacking so I'm wondering if you have any idea why & how I could solve this? Will it change as I go into the lighter colours, do I need to go up a hook size, etc. Thank you again for sharing your lovely pattern & for any insight you may have. Tassja

I find variegated yarns really distort any kind of stitch pattern and stitch combination so my best guess would be that the issue might be with the yarn

Mandalas have a long colourway & the stitch definition is showing now in the lighter colours. It looks much as yours does. I'm thinking the rest of it comes into play when the work is blocked as watching your video shows your shells are 'bunched' up too. I was concerned because mine didn't look like the end product but I'm sure it will once blocked. Thank you for your reply.
