The local people can't understand Hindi properly. We have many language in INDIA. We should respect all the indigenous languages of INDIA and try to learn . Jamial Tsering is a Great leader of LADDAKH and local people have voted him for the development of Laddakh region.We have to support and encourage him .He is a hope for Laddakh people.
