I loved the ladder training. The boys use that in soccer as well. I like how Shawn suggested a ladder drill to the coach.

My daughter is a catcher and uses Ladder Drills every week with her catching lessons! We have now bought her a ladder for at home! One of our best investments!!!

Great stuff here. Catchers should definitely utilize speed ladders. Any ball players for that matter.
