Our travel adventure kicked off from Talisay Batangas, where we indulged in a delightful stopover at Starbucks, Tagaytay City, sipping on aromatic coffee while taking in the breathtaking view of Taal Lake.
The scenic drive along Amayo-Kaytitinga Road added a touch of New Zealand-like landscapes, setting the stage for our arrival in Brgy. Calayo, Nasugbu, Batangas.
Before diving into the resort's charm, a quick note: an Ecological Fee of P20 per adult is required for entry, while kids enjoy complimentary access.
Our cozy abode at Ladera De Calayo was a Kubo with Room, offering a fantastic deal at P2,800 for an overnight stay (3 adults and 1 kid) from 12 PM to 12 NN. The cottage boasted a double-deck bed, three electric fans, and shared toilets. Although we opted for the natural breeze, the resort's top-tier Arched homes with AC are also available.
