Just like Whitney, They have the Voice, Power, Rich Sound, Heart & Soul, Emotive Ability, Gospel, Diction, Phrasing and Grace. Whitney & the Winans family are like true brothers and sisters ever since they met in 1985. They sang together, recorded a few songs together and Whitney even did background vocals for the Winanses many times.

What I can't understand is that Glennis had offers from US after AGT but finally decided to stay in her country where you can find her on little stages while you could see her on big stages in other countries . The quality of her life with her son over there must be reason ...

She is a superstar in her Netherlands, progression to America might degrade her status due to the competition of looks and followers. How many superstar footballers have flopped upon their transfer to mega clubs, its the same situation for her.

Serious? I thought she was super recognized there. because I always see this event packed, so I believed that in your country people valued this musical genre. Here in Brazil, unfortunately, those who sing like that are not successful, and we have many singers who sing very well, but the majority only value current trends.

They don't because Glennis has shown she's not a nice person several times (not just the violence against personnel of the Jumbo super market). Glennis claims to be a big Whitney fan and yet she's dissed Whitney a few times! Glennis bragged about herself that at age 40 she could still sing because of her healthy lifestyle and Whitney could not.... Glennis also bragged about that she can sing Run To You live and Whitney never did. When she said that, a live version of Whitney at her Bodyguard Tour was already out on cd and on RU-vid. @@bonifaceonuh424 Glennis fans like to say that she sounds closest, exactly and even better like/than Whitney. They obviously haven't listened all too well to not notice the difference. Glennis does a lot of effort the make her voice sound like Whitney's, but she sounds rather sharp, thin and cold... The singers I think that sound very much alike and have equal singing abilities, are Cece, Angie and Debbie Winans. At times you hear no difference between Whitney and Cece. At first I was enchanted by 16 year old Glennis OMIT performant at the 1994 Soundmix Show. Then it was the purpose to imitate, look and sound like the original artist. Too bad that Glennis never stopped imitating Whitney and took it way too far with her Whitney concerts. Glennis could have been an international successful artist in her own right if she had worked as hard as Whitney did. Whitney started working on her career at age 14 (backing vocals...). Whitney worked extremely hard and got nothing for free. It's not nice nor smart of Glennis to keep piggy backing on Whitney.
