I miss these days when good music was playing on the radio. They are a few good songs playing on the radio today but the 2000’s had many more beautiful tunes. And this song is iconic.

The guitars, drums, keyboard....they're all great, but we all know the greatest instrument of all is the human voice. The mix of female and male voice in this "simple" tune and the lyrics are perfect. They must have known the first time they played this that they had a very special thing to present, a career changer.

Ja, genauso macht man Musik! Wunderschön gesungen und eine Melodie, die unter die Haut geht!! Perfektes Arrangement! Ohne Computer-Gepiepse und flaches Gewummer! Da stehen Menschen mit Instrumenten und spielen einfach einen geilen Song! Da ist Seele und Herz! Und wo, bitteschön, ist das heute in der "zeitgenössischen" Musik? Da krakeelen Nichtskönner ohne Stimme hirnlose Songs, mit Instrumenten, welche ausschließlich ohne Herz und Seele am Computer generiert wurden, spastisches Gefuchtel zu primitivster Geräuscherzeugung, für geistig Minderbemittelte! Das wird auch noch künstlich von der Musikindustrie und der ihr hörigen Presse hochgejubelt, denn hier kann man Maximalprofite mit geringstem Aufwand einfahren. Ich bin glücklich meine jungen Jahre noch in den 70-er und 80-er-Jahren verbringen gedurft zu haben, denn hier wurde noch echte Musik mit Herz gemacht! Sorry, ich bin bestimmt kein ewig Gestriger, habe sogar bis vor einigen Jahren noch mit Erfolg als DJ aufgelegt. This song summons tear filled memories of many years ago when my husband and I were first divorced after 22 years together. Many bites I sat alone thinking of him, wondering if I had made a mistake, wanting to call him. He moved on I moved on but we seem to always have feelings for each other. 10 years after our divorce we finally told each other we should still be together he was single I was single , but by then he had been diagnosed with colon cancer he passed away before we could remarry.
