“pop a 911” means pop an antipsychotic that she used to take (or still takes idk) and antidepressants. it’s her “call for help”. the song sounds “robotic” because it’s suppose to emulate the state of numbness when you usually takes this kind of medications. you feel kind of like a robot. the song is about mental health.

This song is actually about an antipsychotic medication named olanzapine that saved her life (my biggest enemy is me, pop a 911) when she was rushed to the E.R due to a psychotic break in relation to mental illness. The same thing happened to me and I had to be put on the same exact medication, she stated how her whole body went numb, she could do nothing but scream, it’s terrifying and nobody should ever have to experience a psychotic break, it is absolutely horrifying and indescribable when you’re completely ripped from reality, feeling like you’re trapped in an endless void, you feel like everything is out to hurt or kill you, becoming completely and absolutely emotionally blunted unable to express any feelings, completely dissociated from reality, unable to come to terms with anything around you, completely lost. There is truly nothing more traumatic than a psychotic break. Recovery time is different for everyone, it can take as little as 1 week to over a year. I am just happy I survived and am still alive to inform people and share my experience about this grave and perilous state of mind, to let people know how crucial mental health actually is.

Since I listening the song makes me feel identify with my own traumas. And the video describes how our mind use a self defense trying to "cover" our fears, bad experiences and traumas in something more peacefull however it depends on us how to handle our own problems. She did a great message

Did you catch Chromatica 3 playing, the one that goes into Sine From Above, during the accident scene

all of the characters from the beginning show up in the crime scene. like the man hitting his head against the pillow in the BEGINNING is the man laying his head against the pillow in the car crash. the lady holding the mummy crying is the lady holding her dead loved one in the car crash. (as you probably already know.) when she wakes up and is screaming, she’s saying she doesn’t have her pills. meaning that her suicidal thoughts and her bad thoughts drove her into traffic. (the bycicle with the pomegranates) in the song 911 she references the pain she goes through when she isn’t on her anti depressants. hence the lyric in the song “keep repeating *self-hating* phrases” this video is very symbolic and explains how mental health is so important. loved your reaction btw!!! ❤️ EDIT: i found out that the outfits she’s wearing is from an Armenian movie called ‘color of pomegranates’!!! hence the pomegranates that fell.

She didn't have her pills (antidepressant) with her because her thought told her to bike into traffic to caused everyone injured and so the lyrics: (Keep repeating self- hating phrases, almost like i had no choice") that's where she got into an bike accident and got everyone hurt (as well as herself too). In the end she brought back into life by the paramedics (the man who pulled her down with the rope around her ankle (before letting her assent into heaven) Upon awakening, she started crying and repeatedly apologizes for what happened and reveal that she did not have any pills to keep that thought away. Idk if you saw her latest post after the mv came out, but based on her insta, this represent the lived of reality of battling thought that tell you to go harm yourself. Evidently, there is a lot of biblical imagery going on as well, including reference to two American Films, but the crux of the narrative is that of attempted of suicide. (Ik there's so many metaphor behind the story lol) as you could see when stopped from going heaven, she got that fashion icon outfit on her (representing that her old outfit and i believe it's could be her returning to her as a star after suicide attempt) the male character then hover over her with his mouth opened, to emulate mouth to mouth resuscitation, but she ran away to go into the next frame (meaning as been going on battle for her that she has come close to death, then return to the spotlight/fame, back and forth and back and forth, for a long time. All while her support team (the paramedics) have stayed with her and kept her from the death!! Her mind is sooo brilliant and genius like I'm so happy for her to open up her story. If you watched the video two times, you'll understand more alot and know the clues would be :) you're welcome
