To me, it was "Enigma". Being able to captiviate a crowd with nothing but yourself and the microphone and no additional props is really tough these days. And its those performances that actually show your "status".
I love the artistry behind the entire show, especially this song. However, I think Gaga could have arranged the show in a way this could have been even more impactful.
I was there and it was an awesome show!! Hearing all my favorite Chromatica songs being performed live for the first time ever and to be there in person?!?! A little monster's dream came true yesterday night :) I have to admit though, i was taken aback at first that the whole show was so dark and as she said "brutalist" in aesthetic. But it makes complete sense, given the lyrical content of Chromatica. I guess most people, me included, expected a more bubble gum pop aesthetic because of the dancy sound of the album. This, however, makes so much more sense and actually highlights the emotional depth that lies within each song #traumatica I also loved the arc of the evening, from starting trapped and in black and white to closing the show dancing in purple and pink lights to stupid love and rain on me.
Mother Monster is back 👹 Gaga knows the art of darkness , which is why no one else does it better than her 🔥 ….tbh I skipped not going and now I regret it lmao…
I wish I was there. I’m from Swiss and Germany would have been my only option but I was afraid she would cancel the tour because of Covid. But I wish I’d taken the risk and bought tickets :(
Did she performe sine from above? I’ve looked for her live performance for this song and I can’t find it anywhere and also I noticed that in the reaction videos for chromatica everyone always cutts that song off the video
This performance is so raw and meaningful to me. I know most people were probably expecting a “falling down a rabbit hole” full of choreography upbeat type of performance but this is Gaga expressing to us her inner darkest moments through her artistry. The ones that get it, get it.
@@MichaelHeir thanks for reminding me about the meaning of the lyrics! I was also wondering why she was just mostly on her back lol. She's showing us literally what she's feeling!
Lauiiiii, i am a fan of your content since the fame ball era videos that you uploaded during that time (suscribed in both of your channels too lol) and while i was watching the livestream today you came to my mind and thought "I hope they're in the audience capturing this moment cause no one can film in such good quality like them." So once again i am here to say THANK YOU, i appreciate it from the bottom of my heart
they are bitches. They kicked us the whole time!!!!! That's why they didn't upload "free woman" cause that when they kicked us that hard that my friends mobile almost fell to the ground and then they argued with the security that we almost fell because WE kicked them and they just had to kick back!! it was horrible !!!
The best performance of Alice cos of the « yeah » from the start ❤😅 i’ve seen all the show ans this is my fav one ! Remind me of The born this way ball when she screamed like that 😍😍🤭👀
This is very resonant to my trauma with ectopic pregnancy and the father killed himself… I never thought really I’d find something that resonates with that trauma of mine but this sure does. Thank you gaga. For still making me feel understood after all this years
Honestly I only been to the Monster ball (thank god cause that was epic) but I really appreciate the set and everything about this tour. I love the rawness
When she sings "My name, isn't Alice" feels so deep. Am I the only one who feel that? You can feel it is from the bottom of her heart and lungs. Love her.
