Everything is perfect. Lady Gaga’s ‘drunk Amy Winehouse dance’, the mug, the “play it boys”, when she wraps the fabric around her, the end of “me” at 4:45. Better than Lincoln center performance. I will say, that performance ending was much more iconic with her looking up in front of the red lighting.
Lincoln Center still my favorite, but this one is also amazing! The other is more intense and this is more playful - she's serving so much talent and perfection in both ❤️
she sounds amazing, possibly even better than the lincoln centre, her voice just sounds so comfortable. and her band is absolutely stellar as always, i love this arrangement so much
On terms of technique and sound, the actual vocals are better in the performance at the lincoln center hands down, but this one had (very) slightly more emotion but the thing about this is that it's a lot more interesting
Fucking phenomenal 🥰. I still prefer the original live performance at the Lincoln Center, But this is a slightly different but also powerful and beautiful version. Love you Gaga!
I was five and he was six We rode on horses made of sticks He wore black and I wore white He would always win the fight Bang bang, he shot me down Bang bang, I hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, my baby shot me down Seasons came and changed the time When I grew up, I called him mine He would always laugh and say "Remember when we used to play?" Bang bang, I shot you down Bang bang, you hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, I used to shoot you down Music played and people sang Just for me the church bells rang Now he's gone, I don't know why And 'til this day, sometimes I cry He didn't even say goodbye He didn't take the time to lie Bang bang, he shot me down Bang bang, I hit the ground Bang bang, that awful sound Bang bang, my baby shot me down
Apart from all her talent and this really good rendition, I still prefer Nancy’s version. Matches the melancholy of the lyrics. Gaga could do some collaborations with Scott Bradley Post Modern Jukebox. Potential masterpieces could appear…
