Lady Gaga: Five Foot Two Reaction - Part Two 

Pretty much every Gaga song, can be played at the piano. Gaga normally writes her songs stripped back at the piano first.. then later adds production and turns it into a dance record etc.

she didn't really say she stopped growing up. she said she feels like a lot of times when you get famous at a young age, you stop growing up. which is true, and its why you see so many famous people who got REALLY famous at a young age.. struggle. I think there is MANY reasons for that. but 1 i think is when you get a high level of fame at a young age you miss alot of mental development that goes on in your 20s-30. they aren't able to go out and live a normal life, meet people naturally or do things the average person can. so they don't go through the natural things that help with mental development. add that with Trauma (which can impair the ability to develop full psychological/ emotional maturity)... A lot of young musicians/actors experience many different types of trauma and never get the proper help they need. I think its a really interesting topic that probably doesn't get talked about enough.

You’d be surprised how much of Gaga’s catalog she has performed live behind a piano at some point. She sang an acoustic version of Applause on Sukkiri that I think you would also love! It turns applause into a tragic sounding ballad and it’s incredible lol

Gaga performed more stripped back versions of her pop songs during her Vegas Residency called Jazz and Piano. Jazz and Piano happened at the same time as the Enigma shows started. She performed Paparazzi in Jazz, Piano versions of Bad Romance, Poker Face, and Born this way.

Always makes me cry, no matter how many times I watch this documentary. and can't imagine how many scenes were cut out by the director because it was too heavy or personal to watch. what Gaga has to go through behind the scenes and how you can tell nothing when she's on stage is insane. that's what makes her a perfect artist and performer.

P.s. Gaga did a piano version of Bad Romance multiple times...and they're all decent...although this one is the best...

Gaga’s very first Bad Romance performance was actually the slow piano version! She performed it on SNL, but at the time no one knew it was a new song (she hasn’t announced or released it at the time). We all thought she was singing random words. PLOT TWIST: that song came out a year later out of nowhere. And it was like “HOLY CRAP! She was giving us the whole chorus on SNL on a piano and we didn’t pay attention!”

So glad you uploaded this for Valantines day! I was waiting for it! also she did a jazz version of born this way, paparazzi and more on one of her documentaries with tony that came out last year or for her jazz show in Vegas last year. You have soooo much to catch up on lol

YOu should watch and react to her Jazz show. She does bad romance, poker face and paparazzi as well as many jazz songs. It is awesome.

Gaga always nails Bad Romance acoustic live. My favourite performance of it was actually on the premiere of this documentary in Toronto, she puts so much emotion and rage to it. You should definitely check out!

I havent seen anyone say this but yes Gaga is a natural brunette she bleached her hair early in her career because she would get mistaken for the late Amy Winehouse she said that "I dont mind being compared to Amy, but I wanted my own image."

What I realized with these celebrity documentaries is that Fame is ultimately a very dangerous thing a human can have. These celebrities become a product of society, everyone is obsessed with their image, hence why everyone wants a picture with them for instance, but barely anyone sees them as humans and truly cares for them on a human level. Which is mostly their fault, since they portray themselves as "god-like" beings with all the outrageous music videos, photo shootings, performances, etc. That's why people literally worship them and why they eventually struggle to find a partner or real friends who speak the truth, since everyone around them worships them and because they're surrounded by their team 24/7. Fame is a very dangerous thing at the end of the day.
