I talked my dad to his “ glory” over the phone - 3000 miles away. That night he came to me in a kind of waking dream to share some loving wisdom with me. I still didn’t know he had passed until the next morning.

Such a wonderful and relatable story. Makes me love the song and Lady Gaga even more. My Dad died in 1993 with my Mother by his side just a couple of months shy of their 63rd anniversary. They got married in 1930 when they were both 17 years old. Thanks for sharing this.
