We were recording in a little house in Whippany, NJ. where her producer had a studio. I really dug what she was doing back then. She even told me she wanted me to be her drummer but I’m guessing when she went in the musical direction that she did having a rock drummer like me didn’t make sense. I guess I won’t ever really know…but that’s the music biz.
