I used to work at a grocery store. People, usually me, we’re pulled away from their work in order to collect the carts. This was very unfortunate especially when you were behind on work
I used to work at safeway and I had to push carts the whole reason we don't do anything at least at this store. The homeless kept on stealing the grocery carts, so it's basically impossible to do something
Vandalism is out of order too since vandalism is the DAMAGE or DESTRUCTION of someone's property. A magnet doesn't damage anything. Now its understandable if it was a bumper sticker since those r bitch to get off n leaves behind residue n etc, but a magnet, nah.
As someone who works at a grocery store as the cart guy, let me say that it is incredibly annoying how many people leave their carts anywhere else instead of where they go when they are done with them. Especially if it's either the middle of summer and it's hot as hell or winter and I'm freezing my ass off or even a holidays and we just have a wave of people coming in non stop. "oh well it IS your job" yes I know that, but you could be considerate and make my job just a little bit easier for me.
@@JoeMama-ld5fo i used to be abused n shit my little brother killed himself cause of it but Joe makes me laugh and distracts me my old therapist and Psychologist said i have ptsd but i think mfs who have PTSD are Soldiers type shit so i just say trauma
I was a cart pusher in target and it was more than that, I had to get trash, I had to clean up spills, I had to take returns to the back, I had to clean the bathrooms and I had to help with everything involve with the front of the store.
Idk if Joe's going see this but his videos have helped me during my dark thoughts of not wanting to be hear on earth so thank you for making good videos and he has w editers
Streaming most days so he gets 2-3 videos from 1 stream meaning he gets a back catalogue of hundreds of videos that could be uploaded so he could take a several month long break and his editors would just keep uploading.
I gotta say, maybe not Walmart but I can name 3 grocery chains in my area where both cashiers and baggers have to collect carts from the parking lot. There isn’t a “cart collector” position. Granted, my favorite part of the day was going outside and collecting carts (unless it was raining), so I couldn’t care less where you left them. But the cart narc has always rubbed me the wrong way since he’s “defending” the cart collectors, when I can say with 2.5 years of working at a grocery store, just being outside collecting carts was the best part of the shift
Deadass same here when I was a cashier I prayed to be sent outside to push carts, easiest shit ever. Problem is the companies realized that shit is easy money so they started making cart pushers do extra shit
I used to work at a Goodwill, I would love when I was told to get the carts, it was like an extra break, one time I was 16 and pushed in like 30 carts in a 100 degree weather and my manager saw and made me take a break 😂
it’s their job to get it from the cart corral and bring it back not walk the whole entire parking lot collecting every straight cart. i personally love cart narcs they make people so angry it’s so fucking funny. love u joe
As someone who does cart service at publix it pisses me off when people leave their cart out. I understand if you are a football field away like joe said but never is it a football field away.
My second job was as a cart pusher, and my store was small enough that pushing carts was not the only part of my job. So Joe's excuse that all his cart pushing friends don't have anything better to do is not always the case. People who leave carts regularly really suck. I can understand a couple of times if you're really in a hurry, but not "half the time." Major L Joe moment right here.
@@immilkdagod2905 Precisely. People who say "they pay people to do this" are just dumb. They pay people to get the carts out of the cart area, not from a quarter mile away at the other end of the huge parking lot
I worked at a store joe and most of the time it’s no one’s job to get the carts specifically they typically always get took away from somewhere else. Also it’s their job to get the cars from there cart locations not all around the lot
Cart narc is annoying, yeah, people should return their carts, but they could be in a hurry, like they have to get to the hospital because their wife is going into labor, or they gotta get home before their dog shits on the carpet, or literally anything more important than putting a cart back.
Joe did you know that cheese can melt into a pencil. It's what we have as snacks in honduras, honestly pretty good. Cheese on a stick, yep a cheese on a pencil
I put my cart away most of the time. but I tend not to when I'm in pain and just wanting to sit down. I know a lot of elderly people who just don't put carts away for the same reasons. Depends to me.
I just wanna see them get a magnet thrown on their car, drive far enough away where they can take it off without the cart guy reaching them, throw it on the ground, and leave without saying anything 😂
joe got a point i work as a cart pusher and 80 percent of the time is sitting on my phone or doing home work especially on a week night on the weekends it is more work but still not much
@@clone7825 yes, yes it is. it is entirely verbal harassment, by definition. this isn't something you can argue. it is entirely, objectively, verbal harassment.
